Assange Says Obama 'Must Resign'
Forget Hillary. Assange is now going after the man on top.
In an interview on Sunday, the WikiLeaks founder said U.S. President Barack Obama should resign if it can be shown that he approved spying by the country's diplomatic figures on UN officials.
"The order is so serious it may well have been put to the President for approval," Assange told Spanish daily El Pais in an online chat published online. "Obama must answer what he knew about this illegal order and when.” (via AFP)

Really, both. But I was talking about Assange. We have known BO is a megalomanic for several years.
Excellent assessment.... of Assange trying to set the terms and conditions for a impeachment.... and shape world public opinion on the world stage (while he has it).

Maybe this guy isn’t quite as bad as we thought.
That being said - he still published sensitive information that should never have been released. Information that puts US service men and women in real danger. For that, he deserves the gallows.
By the way - instructions to diplomatic personnel to spy on other diplomats would, by necessity, come from the “top” - that would be The One.
Spying on UN officials should be a given.
Ejecting the UN from our shores and removing ourselves from it should earn a standing ovation.

Exactly - gloves off. People forget the ugly truth about how the US and allies won WWII - it wasn’t by playing Mr. Nice Guy. Think about it - firebombing German cities (with the intent of killing civilians), Two nukes on Japan (again - nearly all casualties were civilians). But we WON because we were willing to do whatever it takes.
The US lost that fighting spirit between WWII and Korea. Name ONE war we have decisively wont sine WWII - just One. Korea? Stalemate. Vietnam? WE got kicked out - mostly by the Press and limp-wristed politicians. Panama? What the heck was that? Desert Storm? We stopped short - thus requiring “Iraqi Freedom”... Afghanistan? By any measure - not really a victory - and as soon as we leave, guess who will come right back...
Weapons don’t make a superpower - will to use them does.
