I’ve always loved ATOTC.
In fact some years ago I inherited a complete set of Dickens printed in the 1870s - green and gold - and the first one I picked up was ATOTC.
I don’t have a college education so my opinion is worthless, of course.

I find your opinion very worthy.
I love ATOTC and think the character of Sydney Carton is the best character in literature today.
