Had she gotten her single-payer health care system that she wanted years sooner her treatments would’ve been stopped long ago. That said, my prayers go out to her and her children.
Thanks for the information — I wasn’t aware of any of that.
Nothing against the kids, of course — but for all kinds of reasons this strikes me as a very weird family.

I absolutely agree with you. One wonders how things would be different with them had the son never been killed. A tragedy like that so often changes people in terrible ways forever.
It’s a shame she was married to someone like the Silky Pony - she needed a man to stand by her through this, not that she wanted him to after finding out about the baby and Rielle Hunter. I think had he been a different man she might not have been so bitter and volatile as she has been known to be.
I hope her final days are as peaceful as possible and that her young children have good family support to help them grow into responsible, upstanding adults. No matter what anone’s done no one deserves cancer. May God bless Elizabeth Edwards and her family.

Thanks for the correction. I should have checked before posting. I knew they’d separated and assumed the divorce was underway. Makes sense not to divorce at this point, after all what would be the point. I feel so bad for their kids. It has to be tough to have a parent or both in the public eye - like Chelsea - I always felt terrible for what she had to hear about Bill....
Color me cynical, but I have a hard time connecting with people like this when it comes to their times of difficulty. That whole family (really the adults, especially as it relates to the decisions that have been made that affect the children) comes across as a phony, fabricated circus act in a lot of ways.
The one on the far left looks hot.
John would have gotten an exemption. Obamacare is for you and me.
