It is going to be fun to watch kalifornia totally melt down under an all-democrat legislature/administration that will be totally incapable of reigning in spending and will continue to drive business out of the state with tax hikes. Get a lawn chair and some lemonade. This is going to be a spectacle.
Well, Arnold just proposed $9.9 Billion in spending cuts even as I write this.
