He was a grown man with a wife at home battling cancer and he couldn't fend off the advances of an opportunistic nymphet. Please, truly pathetic.
Elizabeth is forgiving, I'll give her that. From what I hear, he is back living with her to care for her(sure) and the children. If it were me, I wouldn't have let his sorry ass back in the house under any circumstances. It probably is what the children need though. They are very young and need their father right now. She did the right thing allowing him home. I don't think that I could have been as forgiving however.
God give her peace, give her children strength, and give a swift kick in the rear to her oaf of a husband.
Prayers for Elizabeth and her family. Whatever her politics, there are people who love, who will be devistated. My heart goes out to all of them.
I have prayed Edwards will come to know Jesus before she passes and that someone near her will tell her before she passes. I don’t want to see her die without knowing our Lord and Savior. She needs to repent and get right with God. I’ll continue to pray for that.
They have an adult daughter and two younger children born after their son died. I think the two younger ones are 10 and 12 or thereabouts. Young age to lose their mom.
I read that as ‘two-timing’ presidential candidate.
