It seems like this could form the basis of another lawsuit to bring Obamacare down, something about unequal protection under the law.

No. It indicates they’re cashing in their political chips. So where’s the waivers for the other 28 million small businesses in this country? There’s no provision for waivers in the bill.

The entire mess is unconstitutional & with all these waivers, there is no way they can force it on some & not others!
