She looks like an honest woman to me. She told the police that her dog had only peed, not pooped. She was polite to them. When they pointed to a nearby dog poop, she picked it up on their order, but pointed out to them that it could not have been produced by her dog, because it was cold. Then she got handcuffed and arrested.
I’d say that these cops deserve to be disciplined or fired.
I hope she gets millions and the cops lose their jobs and go to JAIL and they have to suffer the same beating x 10.Senseless!
Well, that's another issue, but I agree. Leave the poops in the grass or bushes, and they will go back into the ground and fertilize it. Or if you don't like it on the lawn, throw it into the bushes or woods. Pick them up and bag them and it just makes a mess of the garbage cans and then has to go into the landfill, probably in a damned, wasteful plastic bag.

If she was Muslum and wearing a suicide vest that made it difficult to beng over and pick up the dog-crap, the cops would have picked it for her to avoid being sued. Unfortunately, she is just Polish with a clean record so she got the crap beat out of her and won’t get a dime.

The quest for cash is on in the big apple, there have been stories for quite a while about extremely nit-picking summonses being handed out.
However, if you have 2 cops who can’t restrain a 50 yo woman without beating the cr*p out of her you may lose in settlement money anything you might gain by over ticketing the populace.

Her hair looks much too long for this to have happened less than 2 weeks ago. Also, based on the shiners my mom got when she fell, she was severely bruised around the eyes for a month. This woman’s bruising isn’t even in the same place on the current photo as it is on the posted picture.
