The next thing Obama will say that Unemployment Insurance was started by the god people of DC. keep in mind Social Security was started in Germany. It was voluntarily policy that the people of Germany purchased. My brother-in-laws father whom grew up in Germany prior to WWII, collected his social security benefits from Germany and the US, and he lived to the ripe old age of 96, even having been a POW in Siberia after the Battle of Stalingrad. If I remember right one of the first states to start unemployment insurance was the sate of Wisconsin.
But the president he does not have to be factual on anything. A liberal does not believe in absolutes.
