Does anyone have any kind of email address for Luke Scott so that they can suggest this idea to him?

The national media is actually running a bit with this story and someone might just take the bait if Scott produces his long form BC - with the doctor and the hospital listed and then asks very simply why the President of the United States can’t do the same......not a jpg file of a short form that no reporter has ever actually held and that the Hawaii Department of Health will not verify as having come from them....but a simple sheet of paper that 90% of Americans could get their hands on within a few hours.

I agree that we should be focussing on getting more people to notice eligibility and somehow getting some pressure from the press toward the White House over this. (I would be awfully slow to speak on behalf of other people's money, though.)

For fun I starting thinking about how icwhatudo’s scenario might play out . . .

White House Correspondent: Mr. President how do you feel about this latest stunt pulled by the the extremist baseball player?

The O: Well as you know, right wing republicans are always using pressure tactics to achieve bigger tax breaks for the wealthiest Americans. This is completely ridiculous! He's trying to drag me into participating in his scheme to write off $100K of his otherwise taxable income!? There are 75 billion Americans currently living below the pov . .

Correspondent: (Interrupts) million, 75 million impoverished Americans . . .

O: Well, we can argue statistics all day, but the point is that I will never stoop to being an accomplice to the grotesquely rich as they steal more tax dollars from the real Americans who are out there every day, barely surviving in our inner cities. My advice to this bitter man is to stay out of politics and to focus on stealing the pigskin from the other team instead of stealing more tax dollars.

Correspondent: It's baseball, Mr. President. He plays baseball for the Orioles.

O: Listen, you know I'm more of a White Sox fan anyway.
