Great comparison! It breaks my heart to watch FReepers sit behind their computer screens and spout tuff rhetoric about taking back this country but when a brave soul stands as an example find every wimpy excuse in the book to slink back.

Ehren Watada refused orders to deploy to Iraq with his unit saying that the war in Iraq violated the Constitution and orders to report over there were illegal and left him open for war crime charges. Ten years earlier, Yoland Huet-Vaughn refused orders to report for deployment for Desert Storm for the same reasons - the war was unconstitutional and therefore orders to report for duty were illegal. I suppose that in your eyes these officers were acting in the best traditions of the military by refusing to obey illegal orders and that the military leaders were showing little regard for the Constitution by court martialing both their sorry asses?

It is a simple matter for a U.S. citizen to prove they are natural born citizens. Americans are not stupid. Obama could have made all this go away with a nod of his head.

He will be convicted by the

I am very concerned that at the end of WND post, there is a plea to donate toward the defense of LTC Lakin. I listened to a radio spot that was linked on Citizen Wells yesterday and Mr. Puckett (LTC Lakin’s attorney) said not to give any money toward his legal defense. He said that LTC Lakin will need money for his family and help in establishing a new life should the worst happen, that is, not only having to serve time and losing all benefits and his pension, but also losing his medical license.
I paraphrased the attorney. He is not giving up on LTC Lakin, but wanted people to know that the family will need financial help, not the defense.
