Several aspects coem to mind:

Does Barry the Bastard hold the nation in such low regard that a retired deviant is just as important to the presidency as the bastard boy?

Is Barry the bastard that afraid to face the tough questions that he runs away to hide behind his wife's skirt?

Is the presidency of such little worth to this community organizing bastard that he won't waste his time from Michelle's party planning to play the role of president when the nation is in need of clarification?

Is this what the opening scenes of the final destrauction of this Republic looks like, the retired sex addict is called to handle a presser the anti-Ameerican president is no longer interested in playing at?

What the hell is wrong with the press whores that they would play their feckless part int his charade, this clownish insult to their position, there worth? Are the press that stupid that they didn't even see the insult to their worthlessness?

First it was Frankie the Gimp (Roosevelt). Now “Barry the Bastard.” I will use it in certain company!
