Apparently it’s an unprintable .pdf document, which would take a fair-to-middlin hacker about 15 minutes to break. It’s only available for Mac users right now.
If it really is just a PDF, the ability to restrict printing is built into the software. Congrats, anyone with Acrobat can do that, though you don’t get feel like you helped the environment by sending someone a WWF file.
