is there any way you could make positive ID of person you saw around St. Augustine via scars, eyes, hair, tattoos, or any other means? Sounds like this may be the same person. Do you know how long this person has been in your area?

I know I am asking too many questions... I promise to be quiet now and believe the authorities are asking the same or similar questions. Thank you for the information provided.

He sure looks like the same person. If so, he’s well known around St Augustine. He lives somewhere else for part of the year (possibly in Jamaica), but he shows up here in the summer and stays around for a few months. He has an Islands accent, and possibly he’s refusing to talk because he doesn’t enter the US legally but just simply sails over and hops off his boat in St A.

Nobody has asked me anything, so I guess maybe I should call the police in Cape Canaveral, if they’re still looking. He’s never caused any trouble, to my knowledge, and I think he’s just a perma-stoned rasta-man.
