Not so fast. Biker gangs fighting for control of drugs have done this before in Stockholm and Copenhagen (Using grenade launchers). I’d wait for more info before placing blame, but that’s just me. The use of a car bomb - which this was - diverges from the biker gang methodology you mention. And, given the propensity of mo-slimes to use car bombs, I'll go with my original assessment until other evidence presents itself.
