In Darlington County, SC, from the arrest records about 25% of the bookings are with those with Spanish surnames. Most are for DUI, Driving with no SC license, speeding, no insurance etc. One illegal told me they go to jail for 3 to 7 days and get 3 squares a day. Funny thing is he told me its always chicken. From what I know, NONE are referred to ICE. Free pass.
