If I were King for a Day I would take all the states north of the Mason-Dixon Line and east of the Mississippi River and create the United Socialist States of America where all good liberals could emigrate and establish their socialist workers paradise. Of course I would build a wall of concertina wire and anti-personnel mines to keep them in.

If you allow the state of Pennsylvania to come along, minus Philly and a 20 mile radius around it, I'll take you up on that deal. I have a similar plan myself.
