Has Whitman ever said anything that is even remotely critical of Obama or Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid? How could she/they be critical of fellow travelers?
Yeah, and every high-tech billionaire thinks they can buy a governorship.
Better put some ice on that, Meg.
Or did you even notice your $150 million loss, oh you-who-feel-our-pain?
Former New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman during his tenure as head the Environmental Protection Agency stood at a podium in front of hundreds of people and outright lied to the American people about the air quality reporting procedures at Ground Zero.
She is the lowest of low.
Isn’t Whitman a Canadian? Not that that makes one ineligible after Dear Leader somehow got in.
The same Christie Todd Whitman who authored a book entitled, "It's My Party, Too", which she thought would be a guaranteed bestseller by scheduling its release on the day after John Kerry was elected President???
That one?
Her 1992 election campaign was marred by claims by her campaign manager Ed Rollins of voter suppression tactics. In a November 1993 speech, Rollins boasted “about how he had just helped win a governorship for New Jersey’s Christine Todd Whitman, [and] said the campaign had spent about $ 500,000 to suppress the black vote. He said GOP operatives had made payments to Democratic precinct workers in black areas on condition they sit on their hands on election day. And he said the Whitman campaign had contributed to church charities in return for black ministers keeping mum on the virtues of Democratic incumbent James Florio,” reported Columbia Journalism Review. Rollins later recanted, then re-affirmed his statements about voter suppression.
Not that I’m aware of. I think you have to be dead first. But I wouldn’t rank her up there with Vince Lombardi or Thomas Edison or Grover Cleveland or Joyce Kilmer.
Another white shoe country club Republican broad with a stick up her butt. Who cares?
Not once, but twice...
On June 27, 2003, after having several public conflicts with the Bush administration, Whitman resigned from her position to spend more time with her family.
Whitman Defends Grant To Company Tied to Spouse
By DAVID KOCIENIEWSKI
New Jersey Gov Christine Todd Whitman defends state’s decision to award $1.6 million grant to Mail.com, Internet firm in which her husband John was director and major shareholder; says company has not received any preferential treatment from officials; Mr Whitman resigned from Mail.com board nine days after grant was approved

So Whitman thinks that she, unlike the rest of us unwashed masses, has to know the politician personally to determine if he/she understands the depth and, etc., etc.
Palin is a gift to the Republican party, plopped right in their laps.
Wrong Whitman. This is Christine, former NJ governor, NOT Meg from California.
IIRC, there IS a “Whitman” rest stop on the Jersey Turnpike .. the WALT Whitman stop ... think the farthest South of them all.
Whitman will be one of many that will swallow their tongues as they watch Palin sweep this country and go on to win the White House.
LOL......she left the governor’s office to go work in the Bush administration. Then she left in a fit of annoyance.
Oh, yeah! RINOS fear Palin. I think Sarah can easily deal with a rino.
You got the wrong perp...even if she has a point.
Room 222?
What a timely literary regurgitation.
