But I can see the Dem blackmail up ahead...Fed will provide "0" Federal dollars for state medicaid, hospitals, institutions, faith based organizations......anything associated with health care.
I agree the Bolsheviks in the administration and the Dhimmitards in congress will likely go totally ballistic over this challenge to their "vision" for America. If odingacare is ultimately dealt a death blow in the courts, there's just no telling what the flying monkees will do. Hopefully, shoot themselves in the foot.
BTW, looking for a similar ruling from the ~20 state suit filed in Florida against odingacare. THAT would probably put a stake in the heart of the beast.
