If one part is unconstitutional, all is unconstitutional.
I’m not sure if the judge rulled on severablity...just the 1501 provision but the bill is in limbo until the courts get done with it.
GOP needs to take the initiative and strangle the beast. Like a bad kung fu movie, the hero needs to apply the “iron eagle death grip” and kill the beast!!!!
