Agree. And don’t forget the Dummies forgot to put a severability clause in the bill.

I wonder if the Democrats did that deliberately. I would think that without a severability clause, they could try to intimidate the SCOTUS into believing that the bill is "too big to fail".

No, they didn’t forget — they knew that things like the individual mandate are necessary or the whole structure falls like a house of cards.

Virtually all bills, like contracts, contain severability clauses. It’s standard boilerplate.
