Yuhanna Abdulah Williams? Let's not blame the Amish any more, this guy may have been Morman or Southern Baptist or something....

Merry Christmas, the law abiding citizen made a joyful noise of the season and went home to his family. I love a heartwarming story at Christmas time.

The cleansing of the gene pool continues. This one sounds like a two-fer—muslim and amish.

Bringing slaves to this country was a really bad idea.

I would be interested in how long old Abdulah had been a resident of Covington.

I expect the deceased in this instance was probably more your garden-variety thug than your devout Muslim.

I have known African-American mothers in the South who named their children Muslim-sounding names while themselves knowing little or nothing about Islam.

It's also entirely possible that the deceased here was given a different name at birth and "converted" to Islam; it does frequently happen in prison. In that case, he was still probably about 90% garden-variety street thug.

In any case, my sympathies are entirely with the young man who was forced to defend himself. I am happy he had the means and ability to do so, but sorry he was forced to use them.

Good thing the victim didn’t live in New York. Right now he’d be facing two or more years in prison and a felony conviction. See:
