Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Susan Collins (R-ME) are reported as saying they have the votes to repeal DADT. If so, the only hope is to somehow keep it off the Senate calendar. Otherwise, it may well pass and go straight to Obama for his eager signature. No reconciliation necessary between the House and the Senate.
