Mere moments after citing Matthew 7's instruction to "judge not, that ye be not judged," Joe Scarborough declared that Jon Kyl and Jim DeMint were "un-Christlike."
Scarborough's strange self-contradiction came in the course of his diatribe against the two Republican senators for having criticized Harry Reid for threatening to keep the Senate in session through Christmas.

We won the election and we are under seige with a lame duck congress. THe Democrats have played this top notch. Joe is an ass. Who side is he on, Oh I forgot the “centers” side.
After I call senators and reps. today and give them a piece of my mind. I need to walk away. I cant believe what I am watching here the last 3 weeks of a congress that has been voted out and are voting for the tax plan, DADT and START and call me crazy but another OMINBUS bill.

There is no necessary contradiction here. Admonishment and discernment are not the type of judgment referenced in Mat 7:1. I'm not defending Scarborough (I didn't see the events referenced) just saying on its face the criticism is unwarranted. Amazing how many of the people who cite this verse have never read the chapter which contains it, nor the rest of the Gospels so as to be able to understand it.
I wouldn't call Kyl and DeMint 'un-christlike'. I think 'stupid' sums it up better. We have hundreds of thousands of troops overseas during the holidays, police and fire and medical people in the U.S. that will be working over the holidays, and for asses like Kyl and DeMint to whine about maybe having to work next week and claiming that having to do so is 'disrespecting Christmas' is completely asinine.
This guy is so contradictory over all, that I wonder that anybody watches him at all. We give some of these kooks too much air-time.
Sorry, but comparing our troops, police and fire, who have to work for our protection, to the congress staying in session because Harry Reid is being is usually nasty, arrogant and childish self, is just stupid. I’m sure you know that, but as usual, can’t help yourself from defending Harry Reid.

Quite a few, and normally I have a tremendous amount of respect for DeMint. I've said so on other threads. But this was a stupid answer which makes them look like blubbering babies, and when our leadership does something this asinine then it's right to call them on it.
I don’t believe you. Every single post I’ve ever seen from you has been in support of raving liberals, and/or attacking conservatives. Can you show me one post where you supported conservatives or conservative values, or you opposed liberals or liberal doctrine? Just one?
