Are you sure, or is that just the obvious assumption? It sure looks like what I would expect her mother to look like. Lumpy, frumpy, and loose. No girdle, bra strap sliding down her arm, underpants showing through the dress, no slip, chunk of lunch on her lap, long claw on her thumb, stack of bangles dangling off her wrist, Christmas ornaments hanging from her ears, no pantyhose, posture that would get any normal kid slapped into next week, and a dress two sizes too big.
