This reminds me of the story last week of a Manhattan woman who was ticketed 100 dollars for throwing a newspaper into a public trash can.
I REALLY need to find myself a nice uni-bomber style cabin it the woods and stay there.

The officer who wrote this ticket HAS to know that this sort of idiocy is made for the front page.

the sad part is if she was caught throwing the newspaper all over the middle of Madison ave she probably would of only gotten a 50 dollar ticket instead of the $100 for using a trash can.
I hope she learned her lesson.

No, the intent is to fund big gov in any way possible. Taxes are bad PR, so they find other ways....more secretive ways....ways that don’t require messy, complicated, and burdensome legislation.
There are always small people given jobs and authority who really do not have the brains nor the common sense to carry out their duties without making asses of themselves.
