Since the beginning of time, homosexual CONDUCT has been not only an abomination to G_d, but also against the law. The fact that it is now considered by some, possibly you, to be an enlightened lifestyle does not make that CONDUCT acceptable. For you to even suggest that it should be put to a vote speaks volumes about you and your mindset. Regardless, this issue is moot now which I also suspect thrills you.
