If the Repubs can flip Snowe back to oppose DADT, and the Dems Conrad and Manchin vote no on DADT, it falls short by one.
Possibly Blanche Lincoln is a ? on her DADT vote.

Manchin probably figures he’s gotta support the ‘Pubs on this one, plus a lot of the other hot-button issues, or else he loses in 2012.
But I think Conrad’s smart enough to know he’s already dead meat for the 2012 election, regardless of how he votes today. So he’ll probably just go with the other libs.
And Blanche Lincoln? Who knew she was still around!
