When and if( a big one as things stand now) it is established that Obama is not a valid ‘natural born citizen’( which I believe) the dynamics of Lakin’s case and any similar situation will be reexamined. What is there that would prevent a president of a different mindset than Obama from giving Lakin a restoration of rights?
I doubt it. He plead guilty to the main charge. Kind of ends any appeal right or right to have reviewed unless he entered the plea under duress and i bet there will be no evidence left by the time the usurper’s usurpation is finally revealed.
