After a year of perfecting political kung fu, President Barack Obama and the First Family like to spend their Christmas vacations in Hawaii. Can you blame them? It's chilly in Washington, what with all those Republican cold shoulders.
The Commander-In-Chief, the POTUS, the Present Occupant of the White House -- whatever your favorite appellation is for Obama -- has, so far, taken 48 days of vacation since he assumed office. By the same point in his presidency, George W. Bush had taken 115 days of vacation, but then, he had a lot of Texas brush to clear.... frpa

Obama - the knucklehead - will spend most of his vacation surfing or golfing. His flight alone will cost more than all the time Bush spent in Texas.
I also refuse to believe that the 50 plus golf outings, the Asian multi-million dollar "wink wink diplomatic mission" wasn't a vacation. ah, whatever, we have two more years of this stupid jerk and then we can get a responsible adult back in to fix his mess.
Obama is on vacation every day in DC. A little golf, a little hoops, a little gym time, a little sexting on the Blackberry when Michelle isn’t around.
That is because Mooch Obama is busy taking all their friends, family, party donors, etc. on extravagant Spanish getaways that probably cost more than all of GWB’s vacations did combined.... not only that but Let’s look at all the laws and votes that Barry had to be present for in order to ensure they got crammed down our throats efficiantly.

Honolulu is gonna love him. Airport shuts down an hour before and after his arrival... highways and roads close down when he travels locally to/from golf courses and driving ranges and the all-important shopping trips (whole stores shut down and evacuated), plus the standard report that the President forgot his wallet/cash/credit card...

I don’t think Obama has taken enough vacations. Every moment he is not devoting to the confiscation of my liberty and property is a moment well spent.

I don't call going to your own house a vacation, especially when it is a mini-White House. How many times has obama gone on vacation to his home in Chicago?
I listen to Rush daily and have never heard him say this. My guess is that if he did say it, he was quoting someone. Can anyone cite the source of this?
You are probably right about the left counting Bushes Camp David Weekends and not counting Obi's.
I counted up the days O and Bush vacationed. O so far has 349 full days away from the WH and away from his home, playing. Bush, during his entire 8 yr presidency has 25 full vacation days. Libs can’t add.
