It gives sweeping powers to the FDA, which is not elected, not confirmed by the Congress. It puts faceless, nameless bureaucratsin charge of your gardens at your home.

I don’t have to buy auto insurance, unless I want to drive, which is not a right. But if I want to live outside of jail, I have to buy health insurance. Yeah, I can see that argument. /s
