Not to defend the cop much...but Clayton County Ga is about as close to a cesspool of a county you can get here in metro ATL-GA. Their High School has lost accreditation, it is about as coirrupt of a place you can find...and the dog population is probably 90% Pitbull. I would hate to be a cop there.
But hopefully, you can tell the difference between a golden retriever and a pitbull.
