So, people are supposed to acknowledge that, homosexuals have the same rights as the rest of the population, and to do that, we have to pretend that there is no difference between them and the rest of the population?

I don't mind treating them as equals, but, not in the showers.

When I was in the Marines, a long while ago, there was a certain Marine who seem to always be showering, no matter who went in to shower. And, every time I went in to shower, that certain Marine would always be in the aroused state. And, it was the same problem with just about every other Marine that I talked to about the problem. They too noticed that he always seemed to be showering whenever they went in, and that he was always in the aroused state. That certain Marine would take the longest showers, making sure that he was in there for the length of time that it took for every other Marine to shower.

That is a problem which I'm pretty sure will continue to occur with the new DADT policy, and perhaps even more brazenly.

OMG ! I wonder if the aroused Marine got beat up or talked to ? Makes for a very uncomfortable situation

There has been times where I had to shower in a large room shower with other men. I usually did was go in, shower and clean up and then get the hell out and definitely keep to myself !

Place I use to work at, they put in a workout facility but I never used it. The womens locker room had individual showers where as the mens locker room had a gang shower. It is bad enough dealing with some people and some I don’t like but to share the same shower area, no way ! Where I work at now, we have one but there are individual shower stalls so I use the shower after working out.
