That scripture really comes to mind,.. "The cross of Christ is foolishness and offensive
to those who are perishing." Those that hate Christmas and what it represents... the One who came to earth to save those who believe in Him and His salvation. Many have come in ages past, to try and undo what God has done. Babylonians, Assyians, Romans, Muslims, atheists, liberals, ... centuries of God's enemies and none of their offensives will see accomplishment. The promised seed arrived and completed His mission on earth. Whatever 'they' try to do it is all for naught.
May God keep those Iraqi Christians from all harm during their trial of persecution from the spirit of antichrist, which is currently manifesting itself in Islam.

In 2008 I donated a Christmas tree to a Christian family while I was in Iraq. I wonder how they are doing.
