WASHINGTON (AFP) – US President Barack Obama's administration said Thursday it will regulate greenhouse gas emissions from power plants, after legislation on climate change died in Congress.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it would regulate fossil fuel power plants and petroleum refineries -- which together emit nearly 40 percent of US greenhouse gases -- starting in 2012.

There’s no doubt in my mind it’s a photo shop. I used to work across from a stack that emitted clouds of smoke like that for ten years, and I would watch that thing as I took breaks outside the office. That smoke isn’t emitting from that stack. It’s placed via photo shop at the silhouette of a stack IMO.

Regardless we have to get rid of this anus orifice in the WH that thinks he can rule this Nation by EO.

The suit sought to block the EPA from enacting regulations that are to go into effect on January 2.

Environmental Protection Agency regulations could make it difficult for Americans to stay warm this winter

SLASH the funding for the EPA and they won’t be able to control jack****. I’m sick of Emperor Obama and his decrees.

Ding, ding, ding, ding ... we have a winner

Cut the EPA's budget to $1.25 a month and see how much of this crap continues.

Starve the Beast

Ignore him and his commie finger puppets in the Evil Pretend Administration. He has no Constitutional authority to do any of this, and going along with him in this charade is akin to being complicit in a crime.

Please send the following to your senators and representatives:

Dear______________, it has become increasingly obvious that the president intends to use the power of the MANY agencies to bypass the will of the people and Congress. For that reason, it is imperative for Congress reclaim the power has abdicated to the executive branch. I propose a simple amendment that be put in EVERY bill voted on by Congress until it passes. The wording is as follows:

“No government agency, organization, or entity created by Congress in the past or future shall have legislative or judicial powers. For the purpose of this amendment, “legislative power” shall be construed to mean the making of any rule violation of which renders a citizen of any state or the United States to imprisonment, fine, or other punishment. “Judicial power” shall be construed to mean, the holding of any evidentiary hearing not presided over by an Article III court or the issuance of findings which result in imprisonment, fine, or punishment of a citizen of any state or the United States.”

Please consider this carefully.

That is NOT a paper plant, but I am am fairly certain the exhaust pipe is a muffler from an Earth Mover or other large diesel .

Paper plant exhausts look nothing like that, and they exhaust STEAM, not smoke.

I just searched the web for paper plant smoke pics, and every one labelled as such either showed white steam or was shot with the sunset in the background, which of course changes the color of the water vapors from tighty whitey to skidmark brown.

This picture was was obviously shot at either sunrise or sunset, as the light is at/slightly below the horizon, and at one side. Even the tint on this one is due to the shadow of the (probably rising) sun.

This pic is a fraud.

No matter he location, as the caption says.....it's a paper plant. Not sure what that has to do with power generation, but...

Tell me, now....what party has been responsible for generating the most paperwork in the past few years?

Cut the funding is the easiest way to stop this madness but after this Lame Duck Session, I’ve lost all hope for the GOP. They’ve been bamboozling us into thinking they will end it all but none of them are now talking about cutting off funding. They are saying “repeal and replace” which they know can easily be vetoed or filibustered in the Senate.

Congress ran out of KY, so the EPA is stepping up to the plate.
Just wait and see, they will fix global warming come hell or high water!
