Unelected, appointed officials , answerable to no one

Wrong.

Congress could dissolve the EPA by repealing its enabling legislation.

Don't hold your breath.

Blaming unelected officials is playing Congress' shell game.

Congress has all the powers necessary to restore Constitutional government, and the People have all the power to make them do it.

Well if as Obama predicted, “...energy costs would necessarily skyrocket..” I see a point in time that skyrocketing electricity and heating costs, combined with the skyrocketing gasoline prices, rising unemployment and foundering economy that Bam Bam and the wookie are not even going to make it past the primaries for 2012, if not impeachment in the mean time.

I am inclined to defund the EPA and stop it, but then again do we want to win the ideological war or just this battle?

Maybe the ‘moderates’ that elected this Marxist need to have their nose rubbed in the mistake they have made.

Defunding the EPA is a good idea, but Possibly more important is that the extreme left needs to be De-legitimized, and all we really have to do is to stay clear of their ideological collapse, but we should also give thought to giving it a nudge in that direction.

Call me an optimist, but I have faith that the American people will have had enough. Soon. Obama is showing his true colors, and it is Red.
