Both the Russians and the Muslims would kill Harry Reid out of hand, yet he so wants to snuggle up to them.

The System will have to crash first. I say let them do it, but then snatch their “revolution” out from under them. People need to experience dictatorial communism first hand before they will appreciate the freedom they have here. I’ve talked to so many people who are completely clueless about what goes on in the rest of the world, I can see no other way to reverse the current trends until people experience pain in their own lives.

And conservative pundits declare that Obama is a failure. Baloney. He has succeeded beyond our most loathesome nightmares. Obama is turning us into a communist state.

So, what planet does Mr. Reid inhabit?

Can he be this addled? Who is he aiming this anal retentive puffery at anyway?

Mr. Obama. If he is a world leader, then I am too.

Since when is a destabilization of the balance of powers in the interest of peace? Using the same logic, Reid is now qualified to be a real estate agent.

The entire process of the Start treaty requires those who advocate for the treaty to operate in a manner of supreme hypocrites.

On the one hand, they want to tell everyone that “the cold war” is over and the U.S. and Russia no longer see each other as security threats.

But, if that is absolutely true, then why do they, or Russia need any agreement on nuclear weapons that are no longer aimed at each other.

However, since its apparent that “end of cold war” or not Russia continues to behave as if it is still a nuclear armed opponent of the U.S. whose security requires “nuclear arms” treaties with us.

Meanwhile, if THAT is really true, then it is well known that any Russian “first use” of nuclear arms, in a contest with the U.S., will be on the European continent and using small “tactical” nuclear arms, of which Russia has many, many more of than we do; and THOSE weapons are totally absent from this treaty.

Therefore, if the “cold war is dead” theory is right and true, the treaty is unnecessary in the first place, and if that theory is wrong, it does to stem the one nuclear arms imbalance that is most likely to be exploited by Russia - making the treaty useless.

The accolades for this treaty is nothing other than old-style American Leftists praising themselves for continuing to operate on myths that nuclear weapons (in America’s hands), not dictators, are the worlds biggest threat to “peace”. It is, was and always will be a fiction and a delusion and is meant to weaken resolve to stand against dictators.

Dem presidents always cater to the anonymous Noble board and not the US.

We know.
