How old is he? Is there a possibility he could die in jail?

As long as we’re discussing “Lee” and “Wayne,” I think maybe “Floyd” might deserve a mention.

Before trial, he had turned down a plea offer of five years in prison, to be followed by 20 years of probation OOPS! Especially since his sperm was found inside the woman prisoner.
He traded 5 years for 30, that's just stupid.

At five years, he was probably getting off too light. Thirty? That’s amazing.
I’m usually pretty tough on criminals, but thirty years is way over the top IMO.

I believe that while he’s in prison he’ll be given the opportunity to experience how it feels to be raped.

We’ll never know. I’m glad he didn’t accept the plea agreement.

Too light for raping a handcuffed prisoner??? If he raped you after handcuffing you do you think 30 years would be too light?

His attorney, IIRC, claimed he should be forgiven because this was the worst day of his life and everyone should be allowed that one day to be overlooked. His wife cried and threw up. His mother talked about his grade point average and how he had never been in trouble before.
None of them mentioned his sperm being found in another woman or how he had abused his position in the community.

Sounds more like he took advantage of a drunk prostitute who came on to him. Stupid, but not something we can financially afford to imprison someone for 30 years over. If he’s that dangerous, execute him.

Should have read 30 years is a little over the top, even if he handcuffed you and then raped you? Especialy him being in a position of authority?

Im usually pretty tough on criminals, but thirty years is way over the top IMO. Rape is one thing. Abusing your power as an agent of the state over a ward of the state to commit rape is worthy of a life sentence.
