Hah! Just finished reading the article. The news could have been a lot better, he could have announced he was retiring to spend the next ten years looking for the Yeti in the Himalayas.
Now he’ll be able to devote a lot more of his time preparing lawsuits with his enviro nazi buddies rather than just hear them from the bench.

Molloy was appointed to the federal bench by former President Bill Clinton in 1996 in consultation with Sen. Max Baucus.Yep.
No doubt Baucus will pull this same stunt with Obama.
