The EOD folks next to where I now work left on Tuesday. Sad to see all the families saying goodbye to their loved ones.
Sadly part of the job to be deployed yet if it was a VIP support for POTUS that just sucks pond water as past POTUS’s consider such during the holidays and let USSS and those DOD assets supporting them spend it with their families versus vacation number 400 in just two years in office.
Wish DOD would make holiday deployments a month before or after. Butt slung in a C-130 or 17 web seat etc on Christmas Eve is no fun as you and I know. God love those that do such for our nation, past present and future and make em safe......
