Can anyone tell me why the states are going through inferior courts and not directly to the Supreme Court, as stated in the Constitution?
Article 3 Section 2. In all cases where....in which a State shall be a prty, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction.
Will the Obama admin finally argue that they have to throw the lawsuit out because it was not originally filed with the Supreme Court (ie a technicality)? Would you put it past them to do this?
If Obama’s involved, those bulbs should be much dimmer.
