Dead people can’t sue...

Their estates can. To my knowledge such a lawsuit would not be allowed in a U.S. court. Acts of war performed by the U.S. military are immune from judicial review by U.S. civilian courts. If someone else thinks they have jurisdiction, welcome aboard, just try to collect. What are they going to do, indict Obama?

Think if the same standards the U.N. is proposing had been applied to the bombing of Germany or Japan. Forget about Hiroshima. I am not criticizing either campaign, by the way.
