You would have to be insane or stupid to move to Mexico.
We used to go diving in San Carlos, Guaymas, Kino Bay and La Paz. Mexico is a beautiful country that has been absolutely ruined. I have no plans to step across the border ever again. Cuidad Juarez has turned into a war zone, as have most of the major cities.

I did Guaymas many, many years ago on a spring break and it was the wild west back then. I can’t imagine what its like today.
