Washington, DC -- New regulations the Obama administration will put in place starting January 1 essentially put the controversial death panels back in the much-maligned ObamaCare law.

Wasn’t Sarah Palin more or less rebuked for suggesting this to be an objective of Obamacare?

Maybe a very public apology is in order here. We can start with the RINO’s.

This is the result of this Administration’s tendency to pass all-encompassing legislation. They can quibble about details during the minimal debates, agree to delete controversial items, all the while knowing the legislation is drafted in such vague language that the controversial items can be reinserted by regulation afterwards. We saw it with the TARP bait-and-switch and so many other gigantic bills intended merely to hand off all governance to regulators in the Administrative branch.
