Amy power not specifically granted the Fed automatically reverts to the States and the people. Nowhere in the Constitution is “EPA” or anything remotely close mentioned. They lose.....big time.

With all due respect, the 10th Amendment has been ignored more times than I can count - and laws and regulations violating it have been upheld almost as often.

You would not an honest court interpreting the constitution; one that wasn’t interested in activism. Go find one. MAYBE the SCOTUS on a 5-4 decision.

Given a Supreme Court that won't touch the Obama "Natural Born Citizen" issue, the Supreme Court probably won't touch any HOT political issue.
