Wouldn’t you need the passport to return, though?

“Only an idiot would go into Juarez nowadays, but somebody ought to tell the Irish coach that you don’t need a passport to go into Juarez from El Paso.”

But you do need a passport to return to El Paso from Juarez.
As of June of last year anyone returning to the US from Mexico and Canada must have a passport or passport card.

You can cross back over without either one, but you will go through hell doing it. My son got my wife’s car stuck in Algodones BC Mexico 2 weeks ago. I was given the 3rd degree, searched, and both of my vehicles were searched. The Customs agent said he went “easy” on me because I am a retired Marine. I do not go to Mexico if I don’t have to, and I do not plan on ever going back. It’s a shame, I used to like going to Mexico before all hell broke loose down there.

“In fact Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly see Mexico, one of the worlds most dangerous cities,”

Mexico is a city. Who knew?

I guess I missed that. Years ago when I was stationed at Ft Bliss we used to be able to go back and forth across the border without any documents. Nowadays, I guess you need a passport, but who the hell would want to go there now?

While Brian Kelly is a pro-abort grifter and a Democrat, it was the author of the article, and not Kelly, who misidentified the place across the river from El Paso.

This matchup highlights two of the most evil people in higher education today—left-wing whackist/liberation theology supporter/persecutor of Rosary-praying Catholics John Iscariot Jenkins of ND, and ex-Clinton cabinet secretary and femiNazi baby killer Donna “Boom Boom” Shalala of scUM.

As for Catholics vs. Convicts, former coach Lou Holtz had it about right—that statement is not completely accurate—not all of ND’s players are Catholic.

Go Irish!!!!!!

You need a passport to come back into the USA if you’re an American. No joke!

The US passport is required for re entrance into the US by US nationals, not for entrance to e.g. Canada, since Canada recognizes alternative forms of identification such as birth certificates. It’s the TSA of (now) Janet Incompetano that requires it and only within its jurisdiction. We really have ceased to be citizens and have become subjects...

Only those who still recognize the federal government as still holding any legitimate constitutional authority, and continuing to pay attention to its edicts and lying pronouncements.

And with every such edict and every additional lie, more Americans turn their back on Washington and prepare for the conflict that will shortly follow.

But a Notre Dame player could stay there and live.

Izzat so? Tell you what: leave the country without a passport and then give the border guards that line upon your return. Let us know how all that works out for ya...

It might be more interesting to note how such an encounter would go for the border guards....

You know what's at Medicine Hat?

Medicine Hat is nearly 100 miles from the border. How about answering the question:

You're in the car with your wife and kids coming back from a vacation and give the border guards a line of guff. How is all that going to work out for you? How long will you be detained and questioned? How many cavities and how far will they be probed? Okay tough guy, let's take it one step further: you're in the SUV with your Branch Davidian buddies and decide that you're simply going to gun it by the border guards. How far are you going to get?

p.s. I'd put the Gurkhas man for man up against almost all the military units in the world, especially alone in the field or in small units without massive technological support. They are some of the toughest people in the world.
