Sodomy is not a crime because of the Supreme court and equal protection. Regardless of what Washington and Jefferson believed.

Ah but one of GOProuds platforms on their agenda is to MAKE you pay for their healthcare. And to be granted spousal benefits for healthcare and social security. It may very well be that YOU don't want to use it to control but THEY DO!

Sodomy WAS a crime until the 1970's. EVERY state had a law. In Virginia in 1780's the punishment was death. Now it's celebrated with parades. We have fallen very far from our moral roots. Am I advocating death? No. But the behavior needs to be illegal in public. And the schools. And on TV. And in movies. There should be NO protection of deviant behavior. None.
