COPENHAGEN, Denmark - Five men planning to shoot as many people as possible in a building housing the newsroom of a paper that published cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad were arrested Wednesday in an operation that halted an imminent attack, intelligence officials said.
Denmark's intelligence service said it arrested four men in two raids in suburbs of the capital, Copenhagen, and seized an automatic weapon, a silencer and ammunition. Swedish police said they arrested a 37-year-old Swedish citizen of Tunisian origin living in Stockholm.

How very typical of an article by the Associated Press to refer to Muhammad uncritically as “the prophet.” Outside of Islam, he is not “the prophet” but someone who has been deemed one by Muslims. No one else is obligated to accept that description.

Now that you mention it they don’t say The Messiah Jesus, so why use the title the prophet?
Exactly! You wouldn’t see the AP referring to “the Messiah Jesus” or “Mary, the Mother of God,” or the like. But when it comes to Muhammad, no skepticism is apparently warranted. Hence, he simply IS “the Prophet Muhammed” in their eyes, and readers are to regard him as such.
I remember the weeks and months after 9/11, and how one could scarcely look around without seeing banners, signs, t-shirts, ballcaps, and bumper stickers that said "We will never forget".
So while we buy a bunch of crap with slogans on it, and create a "fad", the Muzzies truly never forget. While, years later, they plan attacks in response to a cartoon, we debate the "merits" of allowing them to build a Mosque at the site of the worst attack on America in history.
I'm seriously asking myself if we have the will to win against these terrorists.
