Same as Snowe.
The Pyrrhic victory is not helpful. This field is lost, stop sending good people into the grinder.
Such trivialities about candidates and polls will matter not a whit once the music stops.
Focus.
Agreed. btw he has a big war chest and despite the bad
choices made last time around (like re-electing Patrick,
Frank, etc.) for what it’s worth he is the most popular
pol in the Bay State. The DADT vote will ensure libs and
moderates will support him, unless they find themselves
with a more lefty candidate who is more appealing to them.
We simply need enough R Senators that the Northeastern Rino’s cannot affect legislation. 65 oughta do.
Primary victories are VERY helpful. No candidate should be able to presume the primary is theirs.
See RNC endorsed Crist.
“...Maybe we will get lucky and barney will upgrade.”
Maybe we will get lucky, and Bawney will choke on his boyfriend, and drop dead.
Maine is not quite as Liberal as Mass. Maine just elected a Conservative Tea Party Republican Governor and took control of the state House and Senate.
I’m in Maine. I’m going to vote in 2012 and I won’t be voting for Snowe. It might be time to vote for a Democrat in November 2012 for Senate. But I think that the tea party will be successful. LePage won’t be helpful, but that’s ok.
