Read the article. He didn’t kill the guy because the dog pissed on his lawn. He killed the guy because the creep attacked an old man for telling him not to let his dog piss on the lawn.
I’ll give 2:1 odds that the “three small children” of the dead guy were by two or three different women and he supported none of them.
I can’t believe how many people think you can use deadly force in response to a withdrawn nondeadly force. The law simply doesn’t support this conclusion.
