I would like the entire federal budget be funded by tariffs and eliminate the income tax. Call me a dreamer.

I could agree to that with one stipulation - no increases in the existing tariffs.

You're going to run the entire federal government on 26 billion dollars? Because that's how much they collected last year in duties.
